Peter: The Strategic Innovator
Peter, armed with a first-class honors degree in building engineering, took an unexpected turn to pursue a Masters in classical and contemporary military strategy and the history of secret intelligence. This unconventional academic background, coupled with years spent in Emergency Planning and at UCAS, laid the foundation for his role as a strategic thinker. A keynote speaker at conferences across the country, a software entrepreneur and director of two limted companies, Peter is always seeking innovative ways that education technology can drive positive change for individuals.
Les: The Global Connector
Les, who completed his post-graduate studies in Strategic Management, is our strategic business consultant and highly experienced executive coach and mentor, with over two decades of experience in the IT world. Les served in the Royal Air Force, owned a Website creation company, has led global teams of industry specialists, created and delivered training programs that have reached over 100,000 employees, as well as designing a Health and Well-being course that has been translated in multiple languages and taught to 10,000s of people around the world. His not-for-profit experience, spanning from 2014 to present showcases his commitment to helping individuals achieve their life and career goals. Les uses his extensive expertise in simplifying complexities, utilizing data analysis and predictive learning to enhance business/personal culture and growth.
Martin: The Compassionate Mentor
Martin, with an Honours Degree in History & Economics and extensive qualifications in adult teaching, career development, and training, embodies the spirit of compassionate mentorship. With 31 years in the charities sector, 13 of which were at a senior management level, Martin has been instrumental in managing international networks of mentors and facilitators. His passion for making a difference is evident in his roles as a training and coaching director at Pointgard Consultancy Ltd and as a volunteer supporting the U.K. operations of the Religious Freedom and Business Foundation.
